By accessing or using Ally AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to generate harmful content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, or to interfere with the platform's operation. We reserve the right to restrict access for misuse.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All prices are displayed in the selected currency. Plan keys are non-transferable. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you create using the platform. AI-generated content is subject to the terms of the underlying AI provider. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
